NSR invested in Amonix as part of an emerging alternative energy platform strategy for India.Amonix Inc., is a leading designer and manufacturer of concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) solar power systems. Amonix’s utility-scale solar generation system is based on its proprietary HCPV technology, which utilizes inexpensive refractive lenses to concentrate sunlight by a factor of 500 onto small multi-junction solar cells that have the industry’s highest efficiencies.

Aster Private Limited, (formerly known as Aster Teleservices Private Limited) commenced the company’s journey with providing infrastructure and engineering services to domestic Telecom Operators, the company has grown during the last 13 years, thanks to esteemed customers who have reposed their trust and continued patronage.
During the last few years, looking at next 10-15 year horizon, the company has diversified into new business segments including infrastructure and engineering services for Transmission and Distribution, Design and Manufacturing of Pre-engineered buildings, Design and manufacturing of monopoles for telecom, lighting and other infrastructure applications, design and manufacturing of broadcast towers.
The company has been working with telecom companies and with Power Distribution and other companies, for over a decade and has been able to build a brand "Aster" which is recognized by many of customers as a dependable and quality provider of services. The new name of the company reflects the expanded scope of its businesses and the growth opportunities ahead.

NSR completed its acquisition of all entities forming part of the Dawnay Day AV Group in India, pursuant to an Option Agreement executed in August 2008. Consequently, all group companies have been renamed and are in the process of being reorganized under a single holding company, Destimoney Enterprises Pvt. Ltd (“Destimoney”). Destimoney is a rapidly growing retail financial services compa¬ny which offers retail broking and third party financial products distribution (life and general insurance, mutual funds, loans, etc.) through a network of over 130 branches in major metro cities and tier II/III towns across India.
